What is the complimentary first step?
We begin with a complimentary 10-minute phone consultation. It’s a relaxed, no-pressure conversation where you can share what feels overwhelming, ask a few questions, and get clarity on the best next step.
What happens during the in-home consultation?
During the in-home consultation, we take a closer look at your space, discuss what is and isn’t working, take measurements when needed, and explore potential organizing solutions. This assessment allows us to create a thoughtful plan tailored to your space, priorities, and budget. The consultation fee will always be explained before scheduling, if applicable.
Do I need to purchase organizing products?
Not necessarily. We begin by looking at what you already own and repurposing items whenever they make sense for the space. If new products would improve the functionality of your system, we’ll handle the sourcing and purchasing for you, so you don’t have to worry about researching products, comparing measurements, or placing orders. Nothing is purchased without your approval. Please note that the cost of organizing products is separate from your service fee and must be reimbursed to Tidying Naples.
Will Tidying Naples remove donations and unwanted items?
Yes. Donation removal and unwanted-item removal can be coordinated as part of your project. For larger cleanouts, furniture, or items requiring professional hauling, Tidying Naples works with trusted local junk-removal providers and can help coordinate those services for you.Our goal is to make the process as seamless as possible so you aren't left figuring out what to do with everything once the decluttering is complete.
Do you offer cleaning services?
Tidying Naples does not provide cleaning services during your organizing session. Our time together is focused on decluttering, organizing, and home-management support. However, we work closely with trusted cleaning professionals and can help coordinate cleaning services when needed.
How do you price services?
Every home, workspace, and project has a different starting point. We’ll first discuss what you need, then provide a clear understanding of the recommended scope and investment before work begins.
Do I need to get organized before I reach out?
Absolutely not. You do not need to organize for the organizer, or feel embarrassed about the current state of your space. We meet you exactly where you are. There’s no judgment and no long list of things you need to do before we arrive.
